The stay was perfect for enjoying the nearby attractions like Tintagel Castle and the stunning Boscastle Harbour. The one-bedroom house was warm and cozy, equipped with everything needed, including a kitchen with sharp knives and a dishwasher—definitely a pleasant surprise. I particularly loved the spacious bedroom with a comfy bed, and after a long day of exploring, the shower was just what I needed to unwind.

    exceptional hosts
    inconsistent shower pressure
    unpleasant smell

Exceptional hosts made for a welcoming experience.

Unfortunately, the shower pressure was inconsistent, making it rather frustrating during busy times. I noticed an unpleasant smell that seemed to come from the boiler, which detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. The low ceiling height in certain areas was also quite uncomfortable and felt a bit claustrophobic at times.

Jackie and her team at The Coach House provided excellent service, with a warm welcome that included a delightful cream tea upon arrival. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Fresh milk availability for tea was a thoughtful touch, and the breakfast options were varied and delicious, setting a great tone for each day.

    delicious breakfast
    clean rooms
    shower pressure

Had an amazing trip with friends! The location was perfect for exploring the stunning coastline and even biking the Camel Trail. Breakfast was delicious, using fresh local produce, and Jackie was super welcoming. Clean and comfy rooms made our stay even better.

There was a minor issue with the shower pressure during peak times, which could be a hassle.

comfortable stay with a few minor issues

Our stay lasted four nights in an Economy Double Room. The room was spacious and comfortable, allowing for a restful stay. I especially appreciated the fresh milk available in the hallway at any time, which added a nice touch to the experience. The breakfast offered a variety of options, and the homemade ingredients really stood out. the garden view from the dining area was refreshing and inviting.

The shower pressure could dip during busy times.

    shower issue

The location offered easy access to both the village and the harbour, with convenient bus stops right outside. Breakfast provided ample options, and the airy conservatory was a pleasant space to start the day. One noteworthy touch was the availability of fresh milk in the hallway. the shower had low water pressure during peak times, and the room's height restrictions may be an issue for taller individuals. Despite these minor drawbacks, it was an enjoyable and relaxing stay.
