Lovely views of sea and gorgeous breakfasts with food from local sources. Location near the center of the village, Boscastle harbour which is a beautiful area and which doubled as a comfortable space to relax when the weather was n't as good. Also, close to very good restaurants.

We stayed at a beautiful old coach house in a great location. the room was cozy with a lovely view and the ensuite bathroom was spotless. the owners and staff were friendly and provided excellent service. the breakfast options were fantastic, with a wide variety of choices and high-quality ingredients. the conservatory where we had tea on arrival was a bright and welcoming space. We also enjoyed exploring the area, from the village center to the cliffs.
We did notice that there were no plug sockets near the bedside tables, which was a little inconvenient.

A warm welcome awaited me at The Old Coach House, with Jackie, the host, making me feel right at home. The charming character property was conveniently located near the bus stop to Tintagel, making exploration easy. The room was spacious and filled with natural light, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast served in the bright conservatory was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. The cleanliness of the en-suite bathroom was impeccable, and the shower provided a refreshing start to the day. The beautiful walks in Boscastle and the surrounding areas were easily accessible, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay. I highly recommend this delightful B&B for a relaxing and memorable experience.

The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice view of the surroundings. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.
There was a lack of variety in the breakfast options, which was disappointing. the parking situation was quite difficult, with limited spaces available and no guarantee of finding a spot.
